A cozy and beautiful family-run guesthouse in the center of Zugdidi. The house is designed in a vintage style, yet equipped with all the necessary modern appliances, creating a comfortable environment for guests. The yard, surrounded by greenery and flowers, makes the experience of being in nature truly unique. In this thoughtfully arranged interior, guests often feel pleasant emotions akin to “returning to grandma’s house.” In the yard stands an old Megrelian jarvali (traditional outdoor kitchen), decorated with furniture, items, and accessories characteristic of the Megrelian way of life. Visitors often describe it as a small ethnographic museum showcasing Megrelian traditions. If desired, visitors can participate in culinary masterclasses. Preparing gebzhalia, kneading ghomi, and baking khachapuri on an angura (stone griddle) are fun and memorable experiences for everyone. Recently, a new space has been added to the guesthouse – a patio with an outdoor fireplace. This allows us to host dinners in this cozy area after the masterclasses. Casa de Khasia means “the house of the Khasia family.” Khasia is our family name, and we warmly invite guests to our home – the Khasia’s house. Visit Samegrelo and experience the harmony of our hospitality.
